Bookings

To book a tour or service, you may be asked to provide your name, contact details, and payment information.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (by email or otherwise).

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the Service.
Payment

Prices for Services are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

A deposit of 150 GEL is required to secure a booking.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site at any time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at georgiauntold.com/refund-policy. By booking a Service, you agree to the terms of that policy.
Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, travel documents, visas, and any required insurance for participation in our Services.

You agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our guides and staff for your safety and the safety of others.

Travelers are responsible for informing us in advance of any medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, severe phobias relevant to offered services (such as fear of heights), or other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate in a tour or activity. This information allows us to asses whether the planned activity is suitable and, where possible, make appropriate arrangements.

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward our guides, staff, other travelers. local communities. and the environment, and to avoid conduct that could endanger themselves or others.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour or service without refund if their conduct endangers themselves, others, or disrupts the experience for other participants.
Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in tours and travel-related activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to travel delays, accidents, illness, and circumstances beyond our control. By booking a Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Georgia Untold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost time, missed connections, or personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
