Cancellations by You
To book a tour, a deposit of 150 GEL is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due after the service has been completed.
Cancelled 30 or more days before the tour date: Full refund of the 150 GEL deposit.
Cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date: The 150 GEL deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid any additional amount beyond the deposit, that remaining amount will be refunded.
No-shows or late arrivals: No refund of the 150 GEL deposit.
Rescheduling
If you need to change the date of your tour, we will do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge if you request the change 30 or more days before the original tour date, subject to availability. Requests made less than 30 days before the tour date will be treated as a cancellation under the section above and a new booking, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellations or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, or insufficient group numbers. In the event of a full cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a 100% refund of the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by you, such as flight tickets or visa fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for refunds or compensation for cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions. In such cases, we will provide a credit for a future tour wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain promotional offers or last-minute bookings may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These terms will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us within 7 days of the decision being issued. We will review your case and respond with a final determination within 10 business days.
